The Citroen Nemo maximises the cargo capacity available within its compact dimensions, and can swallow a Euro-pallet and has an internal load height of 1180mm. A standard load deck length of 1520mm helps contribute to a cargo volume of 2.5 cubic metres, and a payload of 610kg. Customers can choose a Citroen Nemo LX with what Citroën calls an Extenso folding/sliding passenger seat, which allows the passenger seat to collapse flat into the floor and enables items almost 2.5 metres long to be carried.

LX models come with a nearside sliding side door, although all models can be chosen with two sliding side doors as options.

All the safety basics are present in the Citroen Nemo, including anti-lock brakes and a driver's airbag.

The Citroen Nemo should cost very little to run, and although the diesel is more expensive to buy new than the petrol, the low fuel consumption will be a bonus for those on the road in it most of the day. The new 1.3 with STOP/START technology will maximise fuel efficiency.
